Most of the staff was great, Ricardo frint desk manager was wonderful and so was Oscar at the front desk. My driver from vima transportion was amazing Manrico not aure if i spelled it right. I didn't like that the none of the ice machines worked on our side of resort.

The beach was easily viewed from the pool. the staff were amazing...from the check-in to the housekeeping to the wait staff

Front desk staff have a lot to be desired. They couldn’t find my reservation even with my email proof & itinerary number and could not speak enough English to understand I needed to just store my bag until they could figure it out, so I ended up having to pay our driver 2 more hours while we rode around until they could. One woman ( who was the only check-in staff there at the time ) was talking to her co-worker instead of greeting guests waiting in line. The restaurant staff however are very attentive & friendly. They go above & beyond, especially Margarete. Food was good. Property was in need of some updating & painting- it was not what I expected from a Margaritaville. It looked like an old motel with some cute decor & lighting fixtures & the best of the furniture in the lobby. They did not even have beach chairs/ umbrellas/cabanas set up. There were 3 crappy ones on the entire beach. Be ready to bust a move as soon as you are not paying anymore. They immediately cut your bracelets instead of just dekeying them. We felt like trespassers waiting for our ride after checkout. You’d think they’d treat you like their guests until you left the property and want to to keep spending $ in their restaurants & gift shop. Even the little refreshment juice guy looked over & totally bypassed us. Very disappointed & will not be staying at a Margaritaville again.

The beach was great. The pool was good. The bar was meh. The restaurants were disappointing. The entertainment was non-existent after dark.
