Elvis might leave the building.

Pros: The decor
Cons: Staff training. Learn to acknowledge patrons. Be welcoming. Check out all equipment on a regular basis. Make sure patrons know check-out time.
Location: Family Center behind Motel, owned by same people. Movies right down service road. Very good restaurant in front of Motel, owned by same people.
Upon arrival, my grandson and I went to check-in. There was no one at the counter. We waited approximately 3-4 minutes. During this time, two staff members walked by and did not acknowledge us. Finally a lady stepped out. I told her that I had reservations, which she argued that I didn't,mbecause she hadn't received anything. When I told her that I could give her the confirmation number, she suddenly had a document that had all of the information of my reservation on it. She told me that it would be more than what was listed on the Travelocity paperwork. I told her I reserved at that rate and expected to get it for that amount. She told me that it was only .60, and surely I could swing that. My grandson was intently listening, so I told her go ahead, though I really wanted to make a point. The room was very clean, which was very impressive. We set the air conditioner to cool the room off, while we went to dinner. I set the air on 68degrees. It never cooled to even near that temperature. Needless to say, it was uncomfortable to sleep. I did not report this, and know that I should've. When we went to check out, we experienced the same process as checking in. No one would look at us, and then, we were treated rudely. If it weren't that I know the owners, I would've called and complained. Know that the owners are kind people. Know that the price is fair, especially because it includes a nice breakfast. We were not informed that there was breakfast, but I heard someone talking.

Fun place to stay

Pros: internet search; a friend did recommend the restaurant, Angel's Diner. We ate breakfast there and it was very good.
Location: very near a small lingerie & night wear outlet; Pete's Place in Krebs has great Italian food; and the Casino is within walking distance.
Great halfway spot between Northwest Arkansas and Dallas; the facility is older but clean and fun. It is closely located to a bowling alley with nice bar. Upon check in we received a coupon for a free pitcher of beer at the bowling alley for each of us, NICE! Snacks were good there too.

Happy Day - Happy Sleep - Happy Customer

The desk clerks were courteous & helpful. The bed was clean & comfortable. The room was clean & quiet. The coffee in the morning was good. I'll be back.
