Good, but...

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
The hotel is very upscale and nice, but the staff was a bit rude and unprofessional. I dislike when people judge you by the way you look, and the staff did just that. Also when I was in the room, a hotel maid walked in on me and her excuse was that she was checking in on me. I tried to not get angry, but it was very irritating.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Loved the room. I've got no complaints. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and Stanford. Hope to stay there in the future.

I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Palo Alto!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
I loved everything about this hotel except for our noisy neighbors.

Great Stay!

I had a terrific stay at the Westin in Palo Alto. Very helpful, friendly folks at the front desk. Junius was particularly a delight. The mattress and bedding was great -- I got a great night's sleep in spite of the fact I don't tend to sleep well when I'm away from home.
