The property is dilapidated. Lawn grossly overgrown. Huge hole in screen in our window, dirty walls in bathroom, stained duvet. Little Debbie snacks only for breakfast. THEN at 9:45 am, the cleaning guy unlocks our door and opens it while we’re still in there!!! NEVER OK!!! Would love my money back but just got “sorry”. No elevator.

Upholstered chairshould be thrown away and the hangers need to be replaced.. The room overall was clean. Missed having a coffee pot in the room.

Room was very dirty bathroom was dirty. Beds were dirty. Bugs on the floor in the bathroom. Never staying there again!!!!

Multiple toilets in multiple rooms were hardly working. The bath tubs were disgusting. The rooms themselves were fine but the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke and an old musty smell. Some rooms had cups in them for guests and some rooms didn’t. A guest in my wedding party was given zero towels and was told they had none for her so she had to dry off with a hand towel.

We were treated very well. But we’re dubbed charged by a new kid with only two days of training that was left alone. We booked online so we should have never had to swipe are card. Also the only person that can reverse it is the owner.
