This is a top-notch Ritz. We’ve stayed at a handful and this is by far our favorite. The people that work here go above and beyond to accommodate any special requests and try their best to make your trip exceptional. A lot of the hotel has been recently renovated so it’s nice and updated. The beds are comfortable, it’s quiet and great for families as well as couples. We really enjoy all of the water sports out on the beach and love that it’s included in the price. They bring out frozen treats to the beach every so often (frozen pineapple, popsicles, smoothie samples), as well as chilled washcloths. Seven is a nice place to have breakfast in the morning, and the buffet has lots of options. David and Rosalyn made us feel so welcome there. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great location great water sports

Right on 7 mile beach. Resort fee a little steep but includes snorkeling gear, kayaks, sail boat lessons and use, rafts, etc. Unlimited views of sunrises and sunsets made this vacation one of the best yet.

The Ritz

Pros: 1) Fantastic, helpful, hardworking staff 2) Cleanliness of facility
Cons: If you have to charge "over the top" drink prices, make them a real drink.
Location: Brief cab or van ride gets you anywhere on the island. Better idea to dine at outside restaurants.
First Class staff and facility, and well located on GCI. With the exception of breakfast, however, we thought the food was pretty average. Sushi was below average, instead try either of the outside Thai restaurants. The drinks are a mystery. A watered-down, icy JW & coke is $22 US in the club and a mini-mimosa at the pool around $25 US. Smuggle in your own bottle(s)!

Welcoming staff, gorgeous resport

Location: Can go horseback riding, scuba diving, hiking or virtually anything you want on an island that's safe, relatively wealthy and fun.
From a room upgrade upon arrival to the helpful beach attendants, everyone bent over backwards to make our visit exceptional. Perfectly located for access to beautiful beaches or the myriad island activities, if you can afford it, you can't do better. Boats pull up to the resort for snorkeling or stingray trips, children will enjoy the water park and movie nights, and adults will love the restaurants and clubby bars.

FIRST AND LAST TIME TO CAYMAN AND THIS RITZ CARLTON. TOO MANY HIDDEN COSTS AND LIMITED MENU'S. MUCH BETTER FOOD CHOICES AROUND THE TOWN. PUNTA CANA MUCH SUPERIOR HOSPITALITY, FOOD, AND HOTE SERVICES.
