Dorm like.. dark hallways, dark doors, mishmash of regular apartment dwellers, college students, hotel guests etc. not an enjoyable experience despite the favorable and high reviews. Was not in close walking distance to old town. Nothing around the place but just a group of dorm buildings With students hanging around. Go somewhere else to stay! Details on this place is misleading!

Make sure you have the security codes.

Cons: Access for late arrivals
Location: There isn't much. This is a hotel to stay at while you're on your way to someplace else.
If you're checking in late make sure you have the security code for the main door and for the lock-box that they leave your key in. We requested and were approved for a late checkin. However, when we go to the hotel, the reservation desk was closed and there's no one to call after hours. While my wife and I were trying to determine what to do a guest at the hotel arrived and was kind enough to let us in to the lobby but didn't know how we could get our key. Fortunately another guest arrived a little while later and he knew the code to a lock box where the keys are kept for late arrivals. When he opened the box there was a letter inside with our name on it and a card-key for our room. It was pure luck that we got in to our room that night. Other than that the room was somewhat spartan but clean and comfortable. The breakfast they served the next morning was very nice and the receptionist and the front desk was courteous and helpful.
