It was great! We enjoyed all the complimentary amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Bathroom wasn’t completely clean the way I would have appreciated it to be. Just some areas that had residue of old gunk in the cracks :/ might need to be touched up with re-caulking and scrubbed. Wasn’t going to be picky though because the room overall was great and they even gave me top floor :) Shower was weird… the condensation came up to the ceiling and dripped all the way to the other side of the floor. Probably just the foundation of the building which I understand.

Front desk friendly and welcoming. I had few questions about parking and checking in before 4pm. The front desk gentleman discuss with me the happy hour and provided me with a voucher as well. Breakfast was great. Every staff from the breakfast area very friendly. I will definitely be staying there for my next work visits. Lastly, I will be recommending this hotel to my work colleagues and friends to stay here at the Embassy. Super safe, welcoming staff and very clean.

Could have been great.
It was for a New Years celebration along with my mother in laws birthday. All in all we had a great time, but we had a few gripes that could have made the stay at the hotel a better one for sure. one of the elevators was not working and the other one kept on taking sooo long that we had to walk to the opposite elevator to navigate up and down. The $15 dollar credit that we must use or lose was a bit outrageous. We are now mandated to use the $15 charge within the hotel or we lose forfeit it and get charged for an extra fee. We truly don't think that is fair.
