Staff was very friendly! Room was very nice and clean. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold and also there was a noticeable stain on one of the couch cushions, but since it’s not a new hotel, I guess small things like that are to be expected

It was a Nice, comfy bed. The stand up shower was spacious and the living space was big wnough for my stay

Friendly environment. Nice place in Mckinney. Kids breakfast is free and you can add breakfast at the time of checking in if you wish.

Bugs in our bed, non working toilet. Rude when asked to have it fixed. Saving grace was the nice girl who came on in the morning.

We were very disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were closed. We did not see the closure while booking our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were the main reason that we selected this hotel for relaxation. If key areas of a hotel are closed or under construction, the closure should be BOLDLY on the website and also placed at the TOP of the listing. We were very disappointed. Also an issued with the vacuum cleaner being left in the hallway Saturday evening, by the storage room door and Sunday morning by a hotel room door with no housekeeping staff in sight.

We understand that the placement of the closure is not ideal, and for that we are very sorry.
