Thanksgiving
We have been staying here the past few years for the week of Thanksgiving. Our son and granddaughter live in the Myrtle Beach area. One plus with this unit and the owner--allows dogs, which we appreciate. Never an issue contacting for reservationa and very well kept up and clean. Excellent and I recomend to everyone. Thanks Tom for another great vacation.

Perfect Stay!

Impressed with Cleanliness!
We were in the area for an annual family/friends get together that takes place at a family home in Brunswick Plantation. In previous years we have stayed in Sunset Beach pet friendly condo. This year we were lucky enough to book this pet friendly condo in Brunswick. This unit is tastefully decorated, neat, well equipped but what really stood out to us was the cleanliness of the unit and we greatly appreciate that! Other family members that stay in the Brunswick Villas year after year helped us unload and all were impressed and made very positive comments. One thing I want to mention which has nothing to do with the actual unit but with the building is that the exterior hand rails are loose, very dangerous! I make this comment hoping it will be helpful in getting them fixed or replaced. Hope to have our dates for next year’s get together early enough to be able to book this unit again. Thanks for a comfortable stay and your attention to detail and of course the cleanliness!

Nice condo. Very clean.
Your condo was very clean and well kept. I appreciated your attention to detail and all of the supplies that you provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course. Our only complaints are that there were ants on the counters around the sink and up on the bar. Also the condo felt a little outdated because of the white kitchen appliances and the vertical blinds. Lastly, the mattresses were very loud to sleep on. Not sure if there were plastic coverings on the mattresses that made that crinkling noise or if the noise was coming from the mattresses themselves, but every time we turned over, we were awakened by the noise. With that being said, we really did enjoy our stay in your condo, and we appreciated how clean everything was. And the balcony overlooking the golf course was our favorite spot. I would also suggest better lighting in the living room. There really need to be lamps on either side of the sofa, if possible. I hope you don’t mind my suggestions. You have a very nice condo. Thank you.

Great Vacation
Spent an enjoyable time at the condo. When we first arrived, there was a glitch, but Colleen and Tom were extremely helpful and accommodating and quickly took care of any concerns we had. Convenient layout of the the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. Both bedrooms are like master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The second bedroom is like an efficiency apartment, complete unto itself. It had a small kitchen sink, coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave. There was even a small table and chairs attached to the kitchenette and a seating area with a loveseat and TV. Very private. The balcony was large and overlooked a very pleasant view. While there is no WIFI at the condo, the cell service is excellent. Colleen did an excellent job with cleaning the condo. All in all, a great vacation.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The check in process and checking out process was easy and we met the lady who cleans the property and she is so kind. We will definitely be staying here again!
