Not enough parking and Staff inconsiderate. At check in the girl gave the guy before us a whole run down explaining services available, smiling and laughing. (Flirting?) For us i had to ask about parking and breakfast, at that she basically just pointed to each area, no smile. I could not get any cell service inside the hotel (Xfinity). Not sure if that is a hotel issue or not, but for that reason alone I will not return. The bed was way too firm for our liking. Breakfast apparently ends at 9am, we walked in at 9 sharp and the front desk girl said “go ahead i think there is still some food left.” Then the clean up girl started running around the breakfast area stating “no more waffles we are closed” and as soon as i walked through the doors to my table she slammed the door behind me. Meaning if i forgot anything i was out of luck. She proceeded to stare at us and one other couple as we ate, i felt very uncomfortable and left quickly. At over $200 for one night stay, the experience was not good.

I didn't get much sleep. I like to sleep cool and the thermostat was set to limit the lowest setting to 68 degrees. That's too hot for me to sleep with even just a sheet and nothing else. I usually sleep at 64 degrees.

Great location

Always a great time staying in glenwood nice hotel friendly staff let us check in two hours early which was great. Love the firepit going at night great way to meet people hang out and relax after a day at the hot springs. We will definitely return for another dtay.

Beautiful and spacious suite with king bed!

Pros: Loved the atmosphere and nice people in the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom door was too close to the toilet. When opening or closing the door, the door cleared the toliet only by about an inch.
Location: We wanted to eat dinner at a casual place. There were only expensive restaurants or fast food. Finally we were thankful to find a Village Inn to eat.
My husband and I loved this king suite! It was like a house with a full modern kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was extremely clean! Would stay here again if in the area!
