Pros: beautiful pool area with chair side drink/food service, Jorge and Jonathan always made sure we had everything we needed, fish tacos at poolside restaurant were fantastic, premium domestic beers included in all-inclusive, Sunday brunch had an expansive and delicious spread, pool chairs were all very comfortable, grounds in general were beautiful even with ongoing construction, when the pool is full the sound of it overflowing the infinity edge drowns out the construction, margaritas at lobby bar were very good, spa was very relaxing and would recommend a massage with Celia Cons: given a room with two full beds even though king was requested for romantic vacation with my husband and were not able to switch when we asked to, room smelled like mildew entire stay even though it was on the 3rd floor, beds were not comfortable since mattresses seemed beyond their life Overall: would go back if there was a good deal or guarantee of a king bed room, could be a fun couples group vacation spot

"Playa Grande was EXCELENTE!"
Went here for my 30th with small group. We had an amazing time! Facilities were beautiful and huge. You never had to leave, but it was nice being close to the marina and being within walking distance of shops and some good bars and restaurants. I got upgraded to the Presidential suite, which was an amazing surprise. Wish we could've stayed longer to really use the place as it was like a penthouse apartment. The only issue is it backed up to a busy street, but it was still a great location. The adult infinity pools were stunning, saw whales from the pool while sipping on drinks at happy hour. The activities and the people who ran them were so friendly and really did a great job getting us involved and excited about activities. The coffee cart was amazing and I am use to artisan San Francisco coffee, so it was delicious! I would definitely stay here again. It was nice not to be in a 24/7 party environment like the other beach, but I wish we could swim in the ocean there, then we would never have left. Maybe it would be a good idea to let guests know who to look for when reaching the SJD airport as far as the booked transportation goes. We luckily had a translator with us who was able to find the legit service to drive us to the airport. That was a little confusing and scary for outsiders who had never been there before, but otherwise everything was great. Food onsite was decent, but to get authentic food we went downtown and stayed away from big tourist places. Thank you!!

"Cabo at Christmas!"
Pueblo Bonito Sunset is well maintained and clean. Getting around the resort was a little tricky as you had to be transported by golf carts. We were a little uncomfortable being constantly pursued by the hotel staff to attend sales presentations, we just wanted to vacation. We had all inclusive package, which was a good deal, but thought the food at the Bistro in the main lobby building could use some updating. We also thought it would have been nice to have some evening entertainment or live music on the resort.

"Nice views from our room"
Everything was great. Noticed they had different rules when you want to eat at the restaurant. They would not let my kids eat because they didn't have shoes and were wearing their bikinis. Were told they must wear cloths and sandals. But the next day we noticed older people allowed. Why? Was it was because they looks liked kids? Different rules for different people??? Not happy!

"Location, location, location"
This was our first trip to Cabo San Lucas. We stayed at the Sandos Finisterra Jan. 29th-Feb. 5th and booked a Finisterra Suite. Location of this property is perfect. Right on the beach, across the street from the marina, and within walking distance to downtown. Check-in / Check-out was quick and efficient. They took our bags up to our room and told us all about the room and our resort that we needed to know. We were not bothered with a membership sales pitch. Room-The first room we were assigned to had a leaking air conditioner and was facing a building. We asked to move and they did so happily. Our second room faced the marina, room 4102, and we were pleased with it. It was close to Don Diego restaurant, Cupcake Café, Whale Watchers Bar, and the nightclub. The king sized bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge stocked with beer, soda and a few chocolate covered wafers. No bottles of water, however there is a water dispenser in the room. I would recommend bringing a water bottle if you are a water drinker. There is an espresso machine in the room, however, my husband prefers coffee. The room was clean, however they do need to clean better in the restroom behind the door. It bothered me enough that I cleaned up the sand and dirt myself. There is a safe to use in the room. Air conditioning worked great. We slept well. There was no alarm clock in the room, so be sure to have your cellphone or something else to use if you need one. Food-Every morning my husband w

"Great location!"
This was our fifth stay at the Rose and we think there is no better location.  It is walking distance to the Marina and downtown area and the beach is swimmable.  Last year we felt the resort was tired and needed updating.  Our room was better this year and they had done some maintenance and updating on the grounds.  I did notice some areas of the Spa that needed some updating but they were minor.  Overall it has been a fantastic place to call home away from home.  Everything is clean and the staff is very accommodating.

"A Beautiful Place to Getaway "
The Bahia was the setting for one of the most memorable vacations I have ever been on. When I arrived I was impressed by the chic décor of the Moroccan styled lobby. Miriam at the front desk was nice and extremely helpful and made me feel welcome at check in. I booked the older styled room and Miriam gave me the option to upgrade to the new remolded room (which was nice) but I opted to stay in my original room. The room was dated but very comfortable, the service was great and I had a view of the beach area. I loved the pool and swim up bar and had the most wonderful drinks made by the best bartenders Oscar, Rodrigo and Ricardo (all of the drinks are delicious). The restaurant was excellent with many great selections and I rarely ate anywhere else. I felt so included by the staff who by the end of the stay know your name. It is a beautiful wonderful hotel with a hard working staff. I will always remember my time here and if I'm ever in Cabo again, will return.

"Quite a surprise once inside."
The entrance from the highway is almost impossible to get to and there is a lack of parking....but the room facing the courtyard pool with a hamock was super. A wee bit of trouble with the safe but other than that and not being close to the beach...the price was great. A very nice breakfast was offered due to the hotel being filled was a treat. The staff were very helpful after so much difficulty finding affordable accomodation.
