Food terrible. Drinks terrible. Had to return both. Ecause food was always undercooked and drinks were nothing but straight alcoholic. And no ac Through the hotel. Only in rooms. Would never spend on this hotel again

Amazing first time all inclusive experience!

This was our first time doing an all inclusive resort and I think this is the only way to vacation now! Friendly staff went above and beyond, the views were breath taking, the options of food was immense, and our experience here was just wonderful! Even tho we were here for 5 days, with so many dining options and activities to choose from, we still didn't have enough time to check everything out! And don't forget about the wine spa, such a great way to relax and treat yourself! Overall amazing first time experience. We didn't want to leave!

Quiet and relaxing

This hotel is secluded and very relaxing. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach is rocky. There is a small area for swimming. The resteraunts offer a variety of foods and options. They do offer plenty of beach chairs and cabanas (extra costs) at the pools and beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel on the ocean

Location: Downtown Cabo was nice. San Jose was also nice. It had more of an artist vibe. Local artwork and home furnishings. Lola's was a beautiful store.
Phenomenal ocean views. Amazing five star quality dinners. Accommodating and courteous staff. Absolutely no complaints other than our room. I liked the hotel room quality better, but it was still nice in the villas. Also, I would prefer an adult only hotel. Overall, this is a high quality facility with beautiful views and exceptional staff.

Great hotel! With excellent staff.

Location: Easy access to the marina and excursions
First time in Cabo and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this resort! One of the best resorts I've stayed in. You're staff was professional and very nice. I will highly recommend Fiesta Americana to friends and family!

Very Relaxing Stay

Pros: The staff, the view, the facilities
Cons: Be advised that the private beach is rocky and has gravel rather than traditional sand. The beach next door at the Sheraton was much nicer.
We had a very nice 5 night stay. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly and the facility was top-notch. The beach at the Sheraton, however was much nicer with sand rather than the gravel at our resort.

This hotel is awesome, and the staff was amazing. If I visit Cabo again I'm going back to this property. The only con for me was food consistency at the restaurants.

My wife and I had a great time. We came with another couple and they also had a great time as well. The hotel staff was great. They have guys that give you rides to and from your room in golf carts, which is really nice when your room is in the other side of the resort. Our Room was nice and clean. The maids were on top of it. Stocking up our mini fridge with drinks and snacks. The gym was nice, had all the equipment that you needed. And a great view overlooking the resort and ocean. All the pools were so nice, David at the swim up Bikini bar give us excellent drinks and service! The service at the beach was also good. You can order drinks and food just about anywhere on the property and get good fast service. The Best service that we received was from the La Bodega restaurant, Gustavo and his partner went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Overall the resort staff service was great! I will definitely come back and recommend my friends to come here. Even though you do not have to tip to get great service here, but FYI- it will go a long way and make a difference.

Excellent destination

Location: We really liked the location. We went on a fishing excursion. That went well. Taking care of our catch was chaotic. Not good.
Very nice facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time. It was very relaxing. Just what we needed. We plan on going back some time. Our stay was too short. Beautiful resort to vacation at.

More like a timeshare than a resort

Pros: The food was soooo good if you can stand eating in a sauna. Snorkeling and no vendors on the beach on the property was my favorite.
Cons: Your site was very misleading about what you get for the upgrade. It reflects poorly on travelocity when hotels don't honor what you sell.
Location: Beautiful views, beaches are ok for walking, but not really good for swimming. Snorkeling right on the property is a must!
The food was EXCELLENT, but this is more a timeshare than a resort. The room we got was NOT what we thought we had booked and the front desk wants to haggle over everything. It took us 30 mins just to check in and we prepaid!!! We uograded our room for a "superior" ocean view with a king bed. We got ocean view with two double beds and that's about it! NOTHING superior about it! NO AIR CONDITIONING outside of your hotel room, and although the food was great, it's hard to eat when the restaurants felt like saunas!!! The staff was pleasant enough, but for being all inclusive, you end up spending about $40-$50 a day tipping....especially when your "superior" room is in the VERY LAST BUILDING on the property. Plus side was snorkeling right on the property and they did a great job keeping vendors of the beach so you could relax. Didn't like dealing with the front desk, because I felt like they made money off whatever they could overcharge you. The prices online, WILL NOT be what they'll charge you. They were trying to negotiate upcharges for the king bed we booked or for a room closer to everything. We went with a large group (over 25 peeps) and some of them got upgraded with no charge, but they didn't get that from the front desk.
