I was on the ground floor and one of the windows would not lock. So I positioned a butter knife to fall in case someone tried to enter the window. I noticed a bench beneath the window also and the screen was torn.

Thank you for your review. You needn't have been afraid, because we have 24-hour security. But for a more restful sleep, it was enough for you to contact the administrator at the reception to solve your problem with the lock

Dear Mr Kugler, Happy new year! Your check in was long and uncompromising, because of you arrived 8 people instead of 4 people. We had to find additional apartment for you in Cristmas nights. Despite your desire to live in one room by all you big family and relatives.

Good apartment for a short stay.

Pros: The pool.
Cons: The bed sheets and towels.
Location: You need to drive to get something to eat but overall good place.
Beach not that clean, apartment was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly.

Mala comunicación y dueño se portó muy grosero, y este lugar no se lo recomiendo a nadie, al final me hizo pagar una habitación más para un niño pequeno

Hola. En respuesta a sus comentarios, le informamos que: 1. El propietario no pudo ser grosero contigo, ya que no te comunicaste con él. Le escribió un mensaje al manager de que desea pagar más por las personas adicionales que vinieron con usted, ya que no se le permite la entrada a más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. El manager respondió que, dado que el apartamento de un dormitorio que ha reservado es para un máximo de dos personas, debe hacer una reserva adicional. 2. En la recepción se le solicitó hacer una reserva adicional o cancelar la existente con un reembolso completo. 3. Decidió hacer una reserva adicional y se negó a cancelar. 4. No se vio obligado a "comprar una habitación para un niño", como escribe, ya que creemos que pedimos reservar un apartamento adicional para un adulto, ya que pensamos que los verdaderos padres, quienes probablemente son, en primer lugar se preocupan por sus propios hijos y reservan alojamiento principalmente para ellos, no para ti y su amigos. 5. Le recomendamos encarecidamente que haga una reserva para 5 personas si viaja con cinco personas.
