Like: we were in building # 42. Buffets very good. Many choices. Diferents every day. The beach, very close to my room. Nice. my daughter and i used it everyday. Many summing pools to choose from. The best one is the one infront lobby. Very pretty. With waterfalls and bar !! The spa at the Cofresi Resort, i personal enjoyed very much my feet restore. Excellent job by the lady. Most of the employees are very eager to help you. And you can see no other reason. I really appreciated that. Nice and important for your overall experiences at this resort. Not like: bar by the beach and some of the shuttle service drivers to prompt to ask for tips. By throwing small pice of clothes next to them with some money already on top?? I guess asking for money. I leave tips. More if i like the service. But i don't like to feel pushed. I didn't know what to think of that. But in general my daugher and i had a very good experience. I recommend this resort for families or couples.

We took 7 days in this resort. Very old (rooms are not updated for more then 30years, got hot water only for two days, no good food, kids and husband got stomach virus on third day) The only good is beach , very nice( but every evening they drain stinky water from hotel into the ocean, possibly sewer…) will not come back, not recommended…

The maintenance was OK some of the doors were loose the locks were not tightened properly. The rooms need to be inspected better

I was there on 05/19/22 and was greeted by Jordan Rosa. He is very nice and accomadating. He was helping me and my husband put with room discreptancy and he stated he needed to run it by his supervisor. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was short, blond hair and a lil chubby, thats all I remember. She spoke is spanish thinking I was white and told him that I had the option to leave the resort and come back hours later or just sit around and wait until she felt like going and finding a room for us. I was disgusted with her attitude and the way she was expressing herself thinking I didnt speak spanish. Jordan my checkin person immeaditely called her out and told her that I was the guest and that it was not ok the way she was talking. She laughed and didnt even apologize. I felt disrespected and annoyed on how she was handling things. Aside from that interaction I went to my room settled in and me and my husband went to eat. We were told that we had to ask for our food at the kitchen window and wait for it there. I was a little in shock at the moment. But we got our food and brought our own plates to our table. The next thing we know everyone else that were sitting in the dinning area were being served directly by the waiters and we were not. We were given water in plastic cups while the other "white people" we being treated like they were kings and queens. I have never felt so inferior.
