I would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet night away, a family adventure or a moms retreat. We will definitely be returning.

The location was dirty, staff was rude; way overpriced. I am rather glad breakfast did not come with this room. I would not want to eat it. The 'arcade' was more of a gambling parlor than an arcade designed for children, no true games and only chance games for tokens. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub was no cleaner. No place to hand garments. Water pressure was subpar. I would not book there again and I will suggest to anyone looking for a decent place not to pick this location.

The hotel really needs an update. we had a reservation for two nights and decided to cut it short. Pool was way too packed. I walked by the same almond nut on a staircase for two days in a row, does no one clean? Ceilings were cracked in multiple spots. The spa tho is 10 stars, we loved it there, too bad the hotel didn't live up to the spa. also the arcade was lackluster, drive 5 mins down the road and Ryans has a whole building. The hotel one had way to many claw machines, kids were sick of it after 5 minutes.
