I was sold a room on Expedia which was for 4 people but was really only for 2 people (a king with no pull out couch) and could only provide 1 twin roll in bed. I had to sleep on the floor because it was the last room in the hotel…really? I want to be reimbursed because this was unacceptable for Expedia to sell this room as a 4 person room…..
