Property is in need of a major face lift. Overall disappointment. Heavily stained carpets, musty smell. Not at all what I expected from a 4.3 rating from Travelocity. 2.5 at best…

Sonesta Suites is under construction. Hallways are dirty and there are rodent traps present. Breakfast was limited to a continental breakfast. The hotel is tired and there were many repairs needed in our suite (cracked door, loose floor tiles, poor water pressure). Toiletries were limited ( small slivers of soap, no body lotion, hair conditioner empty). Handy location but there are a lot of better hotels in the area.

Door was clearly broken into. You could see into the room from where someone tried to force the door open. Bathroom was dirty. Had dirty towel and washcloth still in there. Other bathroom had one towel for two people
