We paid for a king bed and was told by the night clerk that was not what he had on file- he wouldn’t accommodate this. The room we got was dirty, smelled of mold and sour linen. We went down and told the check in clerk about it and he gave us a different room. That room was also dirty, there was hair in the bed linen, the smell was awful, and the floors were full of grime. I do not recommend anyone staying here. This was not a good stay, and Hilton needs to do better!

The maid service failed to clean the tub. There was a lot of urine left on the tubs floor! I had to clean it myself before I got in it! The check in person got me the oldest room she could find on the third floor. She mentioned the fourth floor but failed to give it to me and it was available. Furthermore, she gave me the NOISIEST room a room located on the side where all the Loud drilling & construction was going on on one occasion the noise was so loud it scared me out of my sleep! I'm sure she was very aware of this to happen in this room & this side of the building. One of the construction workers yelled out "Go back!" As I was leaving my car coming to the hotel from running errands. he was on the top of the building looking down at me! I was extremely humiliated! I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel. Not only that but the Indian girl failed to give me my 1000 points she promised a year or so ago. I had to contact the manager! He gave them to me.

nothing facny here. Rooms are dated and squeaky beds. Staff is really nice. Breakfast was middle of the road at best

Older hotel but clean, comfortable and quiet

Good location, quest rooms. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Location across from mall can be very congested
