Did not like how dated the room was. Did not have a chair in my room although the others in my party did. Did not like the $9 charge for water that you had to go outside to acquire it.Did not like that no eating supplies were in the room, e.g., paper towels, plates, cutlery, etc. Thought the room was too expensive for what we got.

Rented a 2 Queen Suite which had a separate TV room. Nice patio, beautiful grounds. Right on Scottsdale Rd, so very conveniant for restaurants/ shopping and Old Town Scottsdale.

Overall: don’t go here for the pools but it’s mostly alrightThe pools: ughhhh… these left a lot to be desired. I couldn’t figure out why there was hardly any photos of the 4 pools they mention on their website. The pools are verrrry small and quite spread out across the resort grounds. There is no designated adult pool. If you are not as lucky as we were to be located by the main pool then you will have a pretty lengthy walk there. Or you can use the tiny pool near your section. Picture an apartment pool with nothing but chairs and that’s it. The main pool has plenty of chairs, towels and umbrellas. The pool deck is clean. “The Cabana” is the pool food and drink bar. Very expensive and small drinks, they are basic, no frills drinks but tasted fine. Front desk staff: wasn’t terrible but nothing outstanding especially the evening staff. Just short answers, mumbling, rigid and just didn’t make one feel appreciated or welcomed after a long travel day. Bellhops/shuttle drivers: excellent! Very helpful, patient, kind, informative and just happy to help. Room service/restaurant: quick service, good food, good coffee Guest Rooms: roomy, clean, comfy beds and pillows. Loved having a smart tv, keurig, microwave and mini-fridge Amenities: Plenty of convenient food and sundries readily available at both restaurants and “The Market” The resort shuttle is so wonderful! Will take you anywhere that isnt too terribly far. Amazingly helpful and you’ll save A LOT not using rideshare.

I checked in to bugs crawling all over the ceiling and had to deal with that for 3 days as I had no room to move to according to the front desk when I called. Very disappointing as I have stayed there many years and this was by far the dirtiest room I have even stayed in there as I used my key card to kill bugs every day. I am taking more than 8 the first time I checked in!!!! This continued my whole stay!!! Very disappointing for sure!
