Dirty room Ac make loud noice from fan grained toilets don’t flash bathtubs water lee running or dripping all night they want change room for us never go there again

Have been staying here the past ten years I’ve been visiting and it seems like everyone it got worse the name change made me want to give it a last chance and was disappointed the A/C wouldn’t work didn’t get offered a new room and let them know 4 different times about it and and they did nothing the rooms A/C was just blowing hot air the whole time….asked about getting a iron for the missing one in our room and never got it the staff is lazy and seems not to really care for your business I would not recommend anyone staying here it used to be a really nice hotel and honestly still is but management and staff ran it to the ground I regret spending money on staying here I should of spent the extra money and stayed elsewhere

The location is good but that is all. The property is avery old one and has everything faulty. Lights, WC running water, Old furniture, Old sheets, etc...

Lady at the front desk with glasses was very rude. Just drove in from LA and the kids and I had to use the restroom. There was a line to check in so we asked where the restroom was. She said there wasn’t any and we had to wait to get our key. We said we were checking in and not some person off the street and she said sarcastically I still can let you. Check in for the guest before us took forever. When we finally got the key I said ok guys who has to go bathroom we finally got the key and that lady rolled her eyes. The hotel wasn’t booked up (we could tell since the lights were off in the rooms as we passed at night) and yet we got stuck in a handicap room. The bathroom had the handicap seat with handheld shower wand. No vanity or towel rake to put our stuff. The blinds on the door was broken so people could see into our room. We noticed all the blinds we broken in the rooms we passed. No eating places open at the hotel or convenience store. No shuttle service to Disneyland like stated. The 2 ladies in the front desk were VERY RUDE. One customer before us checking in told them to shut up because they were so sarcastic and unhelpful. Stayed here in 2011 and 2013 and we loved it. After this experience we Will never stay here again.
