Very nice lobby area. Rooms huge and very clean. Bar nice too, all staff were amazing- very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Slight downside was that there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower. Only discovered this half way through my shower. Was fixed as soon as mentioned to reception though. Also, the lock on our room stopped working so we had to change rooms half way through. It wasn’t really a problem but we went from a room with a working fridge to one where the fridge didn’t work. When we explained this to reception and asked if we could have a working fridge, we were told ‘none of the fridges in the rooms worked’ but we knew this wasn’t true as the fridge in the first room worked! Overall we would definitely stay again, but they just need to iron out those little issues. I’d definitely recommend upgrading your room to the Danube and Parliament building view.

Fantastic place!! I will definitely be back!! Great location, beautiful views, wonderful service!! They have a full bar, a fitness center and on site spa! The room was perfect, comfortable and clean with a deep tub!

Perfect location, walkable to the city centre and a few other touristy spots. Good stay except for the fact that the hotel staff kept forgetting about the housekeeping each day. I had to call up to request them to clean the room each day!

Hotel with one of the best views of Budapest
The location of the hotel is excellent. The tram station is in front of the hotel and the metro is just a walk away. The view from the hotel rooms are absolutely fantabulous with views of the Danube River and the Parliament. There is a spar right next to the metro station as well. The rooms are a bit old and definitely are due for renovation. The breakfast was quite good.
