We booked a non-smoking room and what we received was a dirty, unkept room that smelled horribly of smoke. When we went to air out the room, the windows didn't open past two inches! No hotel staff present via phone or the front desk to change rooms. When we contacted the hotel, they denied our request for a full refund despite not receiving what we paid for and my boyfriend getting sick from our stay. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I'm sure there are many other hotels for this price, close to the airport with better rooms and customer service.

Ok stay ... but will stay somewhere else next time
Pros:Close to airport but has road noise
Cons:Continental breakfast should include at least a few items like bananas. Juice
Hotel was ok.
However the write up says a continental breakfast. This was only coffee and granola bars.
One reason we chose this over other hotels. False advertisement.
Also. No hairdryer in room. I usually count on it being provided.

I always enjoy my stay!
Pros:Close restaurants, great staff, kitchenette a plus, laundry room
Extended Stay in Tukwila is a great place to lay your head. the staff is nothing short of wonderful every time I stay there. For the price you pay I think you get more than expected.
