Could not cool the room sufficiently to get a good night’s sleep. We were never able to get the temperature below 73 degree, and on the last night, the temperature was 78 degrees. Management provided no explanation for the problem and did not suggest a solution. I asked for some sort of financial discount. I was told that the manager would call me, but I have not received a call.

I think there should be a valet. Especially for senior citizen patrons. Walking a block and a half in the rain to park is too much, plus paying $35/day. Then you have to double park to unload luggage. No one is there to help with luggage!
