I thought the room and hotel was very lovely. I think they may have been a little under staffed due to covid but they were all very pleasant!

This hotel is really nice. As I was taking the elevator, a lady in it commented on the hotel and she was staying again. It has a clean inside pool. Sitting area outside with fire pit. Open lounge area, with always coffee, tea, and cookies. Rooms were extremely clean and a good size, The staff really great. It has a small business area beside it, pastries, coffee, and around the corner a restaurant. It’s just a couple mins from the mall and a great shopping area. I think it took us 30/40 mins to get to Branson. When I come to visit relatives again I will stay here!

It

The parking lot, halls and room are poorly lit. Breakfast is $9.95 per adult and $7.95 for 12 and under. Plenty of places to eat up the road. The pool was freezing cold. Wifi was nice and fast. There should be a sign over the toilet requiring ear protection before flushing. It’s super loud.

Quality meet Affordable!

I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn during a visit to family. I live on the East coast and the quality of room, service, lounges, etc. would have cost me triple there! The hotel staff was lovely and always kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice and included wifi. There is a buffet breakfast with a make-your-own waffle station (my son lived here). Just up the road from Hilton Garden Inn is a ton of restaurants and shops. Plenty to do nearby!

Sleep System Bed???

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Do not let them fool you, this "sleep system bed" is nothing but a hard mattress with a dial on the side that does nothing. We had 2 rooms and it was the same in both.
