Overall it was good but the only thing that dissatisfied me was when I bought tickets for phantom of the opera ,I was over charged, when I picked up the tickets it was only $ 99 for one but I was charged ther in concierge $ 149, that was a riffed off, I thought I can get less price in the hotel since we are staying ther , I will never buy any ticket in that hotel !

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Tickets bought at the hotel counter charge a convenience fee to offset the cost associated with arranging the tickets at the hotel.
