Awesome!

The hotel staff was very friendly, one guy helped us check in early otherwise we had no place to go, I think his name was Sasha the other thing we liked sbout this hotel was the aroma in the lobby was awesome.

Great location but the hotel has seen better days. Many signs of wear and tear and not as tidy as it should be.

Good hôtel near from Time Square

The view on time square from the room (41th floor) was great. But the room was ok not more (Problem with the paint in the bathroom). probably paint poor quality. The personal and the service was great ! 2 min by walk to get Time Square. No swimming pool. We recommend this hotel !

Great location but...

Great location but small room with two double beds, and no self park on site . Was told and sent to a parking garage three blocks away only to be told they did not work with the hotel and would not honor the rate quoted by the hotel. Then the parking lot staff sent me to two other locations to see which lot did work with the hotel only to be told that none of the lots did. Ended up paying more but in a lot across from the hotel but had no access to the car once it was parked. Very Basic box with no parking and with high price due to location!

Nice Clean centrally located hotel

Pros: room and cleanliness
Cons: all was great
Location: Broadway theatres and Times Square
We had a wonderful stay wished we could have stayed longer. The room was great We were upgraded and it was a corner room with a King size bed. Would definitely stay here next visit

Overall it was good but the only thing that dissatisfied me was when I bought tickets for phantom of the opera ,I was over charged, when I picked up the tickets it was only $ 99 for one but I was charged ther in concierge $ 149, that was a riffed off, I thought I can get less price in the hotel since we are staying ther , I will never buy any ticket in that hotel !

False advertised

Not what was advertised in the pics online. Mold in the shower. When told to the staff they were rude and said we would have to pay in full for the four day stay even if we checked out early. Will never book here!!!!!

Great View, needs to be updated

Although our room was upgraded for free, the bathroom was dated & smelled. We had to call maintenance to fix the toilet as it would not flush. The room appeared to not be fully ready, as it missing most of the basic toiletries a hotel room would have. It only had a bar of soup & a bottle of conditioner.
