Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful room. I loved having a full kitchen in the room, laundry and gym in the hotel. Their included breakfast is quite the spread with eggs, pancakes/waffles, potatoes, different breads, yogurts, fruits, pastries, cereals, oatmeal, milk, juices, tea, and coffee. I stayed for a whole week with my 8 yr old and 5 yr old kids. We will definitely return here in the future when we come back to NYC!

The hotel is located in a great location. It’s just a few blocks away from Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and the subway, which makes it very convenient. The hotel itself is spotless and provides larger rooms compared to other nearby hotels. The hotel also offers continental breakfast every morning, which is a plus, especially if you’re on a budget.

Great location for public transportation and walkable to Times Square, shopping and food. Very comfortable inside the hotel and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast had a lot of options but sadly no bacon. 7-11 around the corner was convenient. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Laundry was really convenient but costs $7 in quarters per load ($3.50 to wash, $3.50 to dry): we did 3 loads mid trip which is way cheaper than the cost to check a bag on the flight. The nearby areas can be uncomfortable with homelessness but it never felt unsafe.
