Apparently the room description is wrong on WOTIF according to Airhome. Picking the key up from a Night Owl store very cheap but I guess you only get what you pay for but this was ridiculous. Received a email with a booking number that matched nothing from WOTIF wanting credit card details. I called but it didn't make me feel very confident I wasn't being scammed. My advice to WOTIF don't represent clients like this or you will lose clients.

Location was good. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and only got a 2 bedroom. Mattress supplied on floor was flat by time we got to room. Had to borrow a pump from a friend. No tea/coffee cups supplied. Tea bags and coffee but no milk.

We expected a 3 bedroom apt..got blow up mattress in lounge....disappointing :( Also found balloons and cannisters in the couch from previous stay.....enjoyed the steamer and the products in the shower though.
