My sisters and I stayed a couple nights to celebrate New Year's. Immediately on checking into the room we noticed that it was not the type of room we had booked online. It was missing a stove and a pull-out sofa. The mini refrigerator was old and dirty and tucked in a tiny space that you couldn't even open the door. We had bought groceries to cook meals and we couldn't fit them in there or keep the perishable items cold! We had to throw away some meat because it went bad by the second day. The carpet was filthy as was the bathroom. Also, the heating and a/c unit was not working. It was freezing in the room. Maintenance eventually came and replaced the whole wall unit. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra when we checked in. Neighbors next door argued all night long with screaming and throwing things around in their room and the hallway and elevator wreaked of weed! The best part of our stay.....staying outside of the room and enjoying the beautiful beach and pier!!!!
