We couldn’t get into our room- we made 4 trips to the front desk and they had to move us twice because the keys wouldn’t work to any of the rooms. Even the master key that the front desk person had wouldn’t work. It took us over an hour to get jnto a room. The beds were sunken in the middle- at least 8-10” inches. The room had a strange smell and it was very old and dated. Bad experience overall.

Did not care for the front desk clerk at check-in. Completely rotten experience. Thought much more of presenting how smart she was than presenting a welcoming environment. Completely uniformed and the MOD seemed equally lost. I have stayed at this location mutiple times before. It had always been a nice and welcoming experience. Not this time. One positive at least. The TV didn't work. Maintenance guy was a Friendly Desert Storm Veteran who was kind and helpful. Got the TV satellite back up and working pretty quickly. Maybe he should manage the Property. I definitely will think twice from staying here in longer.

I do apologize for the misunderstanding at check in. the agent on duty was informing you that we do not take prepaid cards. Your card did not specify that it was a credit card and only showed it was a PayPal card unfortunately card as these we do not take at the time of check in as this is also specified at the front desk. Overall, I'm particularly pleased to learn that our maintenance tech was able to assist you with your television. I will be sure to share your comments with him.
