My granddaughter and her family were not allowed to even check in because the name on the booking credit card was not not her name. I booked through Travelocity using my card. The clerk was very rude. Also, when i tried to call the hotel directly to confirm and arrange late arrival no one answered the phone. That wa about 6:30 pm. I tried to reach them 4 times in about 30 minutes. It appears to me Hyatt Place Dallas/Garland has no customer service! I will try to get my money back.

Our room had an overwhelming stench like that of urine... even though the hotel was booked, they were able to find another room for us.

The wall paper was peeling badly near toilet. Pool and hot tub closed. Staff at front desk would crack a mirror if she smiled..and i was double charged. Paid through third party then was charged again on card that was to hold for damage deposit..Wow..still waiting to talk yo a manager and get a refund!.. will not be going back!!
