Out of TWO hot tubs on the property, (one outdoor and one indoor).....NEITHER was working. We stayed here before without a problem, and came back to Breckenridge to hike a 14er and do a lot of biking. If I knew this establishment did not have a working hot tub I would have stayed somewhere else. Unacceptable not to mention this.

I had reserved a studio which I didn’t realize only had a full size bed. We went directly back to the checking desk and asked for anything with a king. They had a 1 room suite, which I must say is lovely!! Beautiful decor, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large deck, fabulous king bed. The entire place is decorated for Christmas in the most elegant way. We will definitely come back here!!!

Excellent location and service!

We loved the place. Staff was great, location could not be beat. Our kids had a wonderful time at the Fun Park right outside our door!

One of the best places to stay in Breckenridge

Pros: beautiful views, convenience to slopes
One Ski HIll Place - Rock Resort is "out of this world"...the accomodations were superb. Kitchen was fully equipped, right down to a wisk. The staff was friendly; remembered our names; helped us with all of our gear, etc. One of the best features of the resort is where it is located: right at the peak. No hassle getting to and from the mountain. We loved it!
