Hotel and pool weren't working, elevator was broken and we had to carry our stuff up 6 flights of stairs, TV in room wasn't fully working, no chocolate chip cookies either day. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Staff was nice but couldn't make up for all of the issues

I rarely rate anything below a 4, I always try to find the positive in each situations. However, I was highly disappointed in this property, I could have saved a lot of money & just stayed at a best western. From computer errors, and housekeeping issues, to inexperienced staff, to having to call daily to the front desk for housekeeping supplies, to taking the stairs because the elevator is so slow & other large families are waiting. Call before you book to make sure the property is fully operational, there was no pool, no fitness, and the coffee bar just opened. They say construction will be complete in September. Double Tree & Hilton need to improve their trainings and up their game if they want to charge Pebble Beach prices.

Horrible. Gave other guests keys to our room. Have to walk down three floors to use the bathroom because no maintenance to fix our toilet. $15/night for parking…first come first serve. Lol! No pool or hot tub. They don’t tell you about the construction until after you book.

I’ll acknowledge up front that this hotel is undergoing renovations, which should have been shared with us when I made my reservation. This hotel is running a skeleton operation. After being gone all day we returned to our room to find it had not been serviced. Wet towels remained on the floor, bed was unmade, coffee was not replaced. We called to ask for towels before going to dinner. None had been delivered by the time we returned and we had to call down again. We were asked to come down and get them since the manager had no one to bring them up. When we came down, they had to search another floor to find some. We had to find a laundromat to wash some clothes because there were no guest laundry facilities. No knock on the staff, they were pleasant and tried to be helpful. But we reserved a Hilton hotel room and experienced a pricy but tired Motel 6. We expected better.

Do not stay here. Cancel now. This property is under renovation and it’s not disclosed. I traveled with 3 girlfriends and we were put in a room with no locking windows and a dirty pull out. We requested a different room and all of them were broken. The lobby and common areas were either closed or filthy. We asked to be refunded after no suitable room was found. They said only the GM could do that and gave me her email. I emailed her and it’s been 3 days with no reply. We checked out and did not stay. The front office staff tried to help us as much as they could and I appreciated that. There were many other travelers in the same situation. Travelocity help could not help us because the hotel has already collected the money. It really was a nightmare.

I am disappointed in the incredibly high marked up price. Paid $600 for one night so my son and I weren't stranded when the roads were closed. Found the same room online for half the price once I got in the room. Front desk stated they couldn't help me. I spend 50-60 nights a year in hotels traveling (IHG predominately) and have never felt quite this dismissed. Disappointing for sure.
