Room will be given away without knowledge.
Stayed here back in July and had the most amazing experience. Had a few days before catching a cruise on Dec 28th and specifically stayed here because we loved it the first time (even though it was far from cruise terminal). Booked this hotel back on Aug 4th for this December stay and we get there to find out they gave our BOOKED AND PAID FOR room away because some cooperate company wanted to rent all the 2 queens, so they did this and didn't tell us until arrival. Then they acted like they were doing us a favor giving is 2 King rooms instead. We have 4 children who we don't feel comfortable in another room alone so my husband and I slept separate. After expressing my major disappointment and how our stay there was ruined they refunded us $60 total, reluctantly. Room was old. Air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep and then it was miserably hot. Horrible stay. Horrible service. So mad we were pushed aside because someone was paying a lot more money and booking all the rooms that were already booked.

The property was conveniently located. The mattresses on the main bed and pull out couch were poor. We called the front desk for some towels and toilet paper at 7:15 p.m. It did not get delivered until 10:00 p.m. We only had 2 bath towels in the room to start. The only good service we had was from Ella in the dining room.

An uncomfortable stay
The hotel has its conveniences , but the hotel is showing its age. It was very much peaceful to stay in but comfort was a big issue, the bed needs replacing , the pillows need replacing. Visible stains on the wall and furnishings, but also it took some effort to open the room entrance door like it was stuck.
