Extremely run down, stains everywhere! Toilet didn't work properly, fuse was blown from my blow dryer, shower was very temperamental (had to move the knob just right for it to work). And, its an extended stay place where people actually live there. Very strange! People can't smoke in their rooms so everyone pulls a chair outside or stands around the doors & smokes ... therefore all these people are outside sitting & standing around smoking ... on both sides of my room there were smoke clouds. Very disturbing for a guest that doesn't smoke. Dogs are allowed (I'm an animal lover) but dogs are barking next door! I'm told the breakfast is good, but it isn't available until 8:00, a little late for people who have to be at business meetings! And, all this for $75/night! Extremely overpriced for the kind of room you get & the amenities are nothing! Just NOT the place for me ... I'll never stay again!

Dirty washcloth hanging on shower Room had a feel of uncleanliness Non-smoking room reeked with smoke - had to go buy air fresheners Advertised “Pet friendly” but when we declared our pet they reassigned us a room in the back, next to a place where they stored junk We should not have reserved room on line as it was “non-refundable “

We are sorry for your less than perfect stay. If we had known we would have had done our best to accommodate you. As for storage area, the pet rooms are all being renovated and to do one we must put everything from one to another. Im sorry this gave the feel uncleanliness.

Nice little motel.

The newer owners are still trying to renovate the motel but we're very friendly and helpful. They were having some issues with the hot water and the bed was a little too firm for us. Nice pool area. Breakfast was great.

Clean Rooms, Helpful & Friendly Staff

We booked the last room available the night we stayed. The room was clean and the basics were provided for our comfort. They are in the process of updating the rooms, so some of them are very outdated, but that is changing. The only problem we had was that the bathtub faucet had a good-sized leak and caused the door to the room and the window to be dripping wet with condensation. We went by the office to let them know about the problem. The owner came up right away to try to fix the faucet. Unfortunately he would have had to turn the water off in about 10 rooms to do so. They did what they could and got the leak under better control. We turned the fan on in the bathroom and closed the door. We then turned on the heater and the owner dried off the door and window. He must have told us a dozen times how sorry he was for the trouble. He wished he had another room to put us in, but they were completely full (Thanksgiving weekend in Branson). He did give us a 20% refund on our room. We slept well and we're fine with it all. They serve a breeze hot breakfast that had great variety of choices. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10am. The free WiFi was fast enough to do everything we wanted to do online. Before the 20% off we got, the room only cost $85.20 (tax included) for two double beds. We would stay here again.

Clean and family oriented

Pros: Close to Silver Dollar City but no traffic. Walk to restaurants. Pool was great with waterside.
Location: It is located in west Branson so you can use bypass if you don't want to be in traffic coming or going.
Staff very friendly,pool was enjoyed by all and room was spotless.

It was fine

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. They're in the middle of remodeling and yes the rrooms are a little dated but the beds were comfy enough. I don't know that I would want to be there for a week...a night or two would be fine for the rates.
