I was immediately addressed and got my room key quickly. The room was very clean, the breakfast room is also neat and clean, and has a nice selection for starting your day. The hall rug may benefit from a cleaning, but it is the middle of winter and boot season.

Loved the balcony! The swimming pool area was very nice. Love that there was a bathroom in the pool area. Was really nice being able to order the complimentary breakfast and have it delivered to our room!

The chair in the room had stains all over it and the carpet was dirty. The whirlpool in our room looked clean upon initial inspection, but when we used it, the water was all scummy and we had to rinse it out and fill it up again before it was somewhat clean.
