We had to request that we be moved. Our original room was facing the main road and on-ramp to I-81. The noise level was crazy. Occupancy was not very high, so I’m not sure why we were given the original room.

Frequently pass through Winchester VA, and more often than not, stay at this facility. Change to Clarion is a real positive.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay when traveling

Very good value, right off the interstate with the main reception area connected to a Perkins restaurant. Had a king bed, which was very comfortable, and all the amenities you would expect

Hotel needs an update.

Pros: Bed and pillows were decent.
Cons: Bath towel with holes. Ant's. Jacuzzi bath tub so high. Was scared the 80 y/o I was traveling with was going to have an accident. Should be mothballs
Location: Off interstate so convenient. Plenty of eating places and gas stations.
Stayed here in the past and it was Ok. But I think it's time to skip past next time I'm traveling. Not up to being a Best Western anymore. No breakfast unless you pay. No excuse for my bath towel having two huge holes in it.

Convenient Location

Room was large and conveniently located, with easy access to parking. There was no soap in the room, unless you count the used bar of soap that was left in the shower. The wash cloths had something crusted on it. The clothing rack in the closet area was hanging off the wall. We frequently travel through Winchester, and have stayed at this hotel several times. We will not be staying here again!

hotel was very close to Interstate access

Pros: very close to the Interstate.
Cons: nothing to be improved.
Employees at the Best Western Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was at a perfect location near restaurants, gas stations, and very accessible to the Interstate. The hotel room was very warm and inviting; and very clean!

Nice motel for a night.

Pros: Location and rate.
Cons: The beds were way too firm. Maybe put the credenza under the wall mounted TV - the set up was a bit odd.
Location: Near the Cedar Creek Battlefield. Convenient perkins for breakfast.
Nice enough for what we paid. The check-in girl was super nice and professional. It is an old motel....but the rooms were kept up nice enough. The only thing I didnt like was the beds were super firm. But all in all, it served our purpose...and clean, safe hotel for the night. Convenient location too.
