Overall very shabby property. Heat in room did not work, carpeting worn out and duct-taped, room not very clean, toilet plugged, various parts of the hotel seem to be in the middle of remodel with materials laying about.

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Did not get the room I reserved. There is a strong odor everywhere, and smells like they fogged it with febreeze trying to cover it up. NO SHUTTLE or Transportation to airport. Very dirty and noisy. I will never stay here again. Horrible. NO ELEVATOR.
