Good location for my purposes. Clean facility. Friendly staff. The bed was extremely firm, hard. I woke up in the middle of the night with sore shoulders from sleeping on my sides. My room had a couch which was much softer so I spent the 2nd half of the night sleeping on the couch. I recommend that they invest in better mattresses.

Didn't like the assumption that I was going to trash or smoke in a non smoking room so an additional $60 charge was tacked on and you had to rely on their opinion if you broke the rules. Insulting. Wanted them to inspect my room and staff wouldn't.

Dear Guest,Depend on the payment method. we usually hold certain amount for incidental.and it will get released automatically after you check outthat is just for incidental.if you don't have intention to smoke or damage in the room then you don't need to worry about it.

This hotel is terrible !! Filthy,Rooms smell like rotten garbage,..Had to buy 2 cans of Lysol to make it halfway stayable..Bathroom sink plugged,carpeting filthy.Smelled Skunk Weed being smoked in hallway and in parking lot by guests..Passcard key system didn't work to get into room.....batteries were full of corrosion..Dogs barking in room next to us..very few choices for breakfast..Stay Away !!
