    Não era o que esperávamos!

    Casa com muitos detalhes a serem feitos. Algumas coisas que estão no anúncio não estavam de acordo: microondas queimado, chuveiros elétricos não podiam ligar junto, ar condicionados não podiam ligar junto com o chuveiro, a casa não estava tão limpa, a piscina não estava tão limpa quando chegamos e ficou esverdeada no nosso 2° dia de estadia e não tinha água pra ligar a bomba. A churrasqueira fica dentro na sala, então é impossível fazer churrasco se não a casa fica cheia de fumaça. As fotos estão desatualizadas. O 4° quarto estava trancado e não fomos avisados disso antes de pagarmos a estadia, precisamos improvisar com colchões na sala para acomodar todos. Os muros são baixos e os vizinhos dos lados viam tudo que fazíamos no quintal, não tem muita privacidade. O anfitrião é muito receptivo e educado. Flexível com horário de check in e check-out. A casa possui muitas panelas e utensílios de cozinha, bem equipada.

    O espaço foi bom, o ruim foi os eletrodomésticos antigos, não funcionava direito, televisão antiga e pequena, imagem horrível, geladeira parte de baixo não gelava direito, estragou algumas coisas, churrasqueira dentro do ambiente fechado, foi uma fumaçeira horrível....passei as informações para o proprietário que até agora não me respondeu. Espero que ele melhore algumas coisas, porque quem aluga não volta mais

    Casa boa, mas precisa de melhorias!

    A casa é boa, mas por ser antiga precisa de algumas melhorias, que segundo o proprietário estão sendo providenciadas. Os chuveiros deixaram a desejar, o colchão da suíte precisa ser trocado com urgência e a rede elétrica precisa de revisão, pois quando liga a bomba da piscina, o ar do quarto do andar superior desarma. Segundo o proprietário, essas deficiências seriam sanadas. O contato com o proprietário é fácil e ele sempre se mostrou disposto a nos atender naquilo que fosse possível.

    O Sr. Luiz é muito prestativo e gentil. A casa tem muitos quartos e todos com ar condicionado, eu e minha família aproveitamos bem a piscina e o sr. Luiz nos deixou bem a vontade quanto ao horário do checkout.
