Air conditioner not working in room. Have to have the door open and run a fan. Manager said they would move us to another room and give us a refund nice the 1st night. Then they said they couldn’t give me a refund because I booked through Travelocity. I don’t understand… my money was taken but services were not provided.

Beautifully renovated suite. 2 in-room PTAC units, so the space could be climate controlled efficiently. VERY comfortable pillows. The couch offered us a “living” space, instead of having to be in bed to watch TV. Really good lobby coffee, and a nice breakfast. Good value. The only complaint is the flush on the toilet could use an adjustment.

It was not as clean as our previous stay. There were pieces of plastic wrappers on the floor in our room which made me feel like it wasn't vacuumed. Overall it just seemed dirtier.
