    True luxury Boston experience

    From check in to checkout our stay here was nothing short of fabulous. I called the morning of our stay to see if we could leave our cars there and stow our bags so we could explore Boston since we would be arriving several hours before check in time. We arrived an hour later, 3 hours before check in and they had our rooms ready along with fresh hot coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby. When we arrived back to our rooms that evening to watch the Celts/Lakers game we had problems with TV reception. Called the front desk and within 8 minutes we were moved to a new room. The rooms are wonderful, beds are comfy, breakfast was awesome with a variety of options and service throughout out stay was fabulous! We will be staying here on our next trip to Boston.

    Hidden gem in a great location. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast included was excellent. Already planning a return trip.

    I love the unique ambiance of Newbury Guest House. It manages to feel upscale and warm at the same time with a strong sense of its Back Bay roots with the kind of updates that puts in a league with larger hotel properties. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.
