    The hotel is very worn out. Hallways and rooms look seedy, dark and old. It is very pricey for what it has become. Clearly its on its last breath. I would recomend staying at the other hotels nearby. Also, besides the hotel rate they charge you $30 daily for amenities. I though it was a hidden cost...

    hidden costs and room not warm in winter

    Hotel charged US$30 per day Urban Experience fee (internet, etc.) but give a one time US$25 Credit for F&B. Order an overpriced US$29 breakfast room service and there was US$8 delivery charge. Room heater not warm enough and the window in toilet got cold draft seeping in. Tried once in this hotel and that's it.

    The entire stay was a disaster. We were first allocated a room on the 1st floor - with a wedding reception taking place that night (or next night). We then asked to be changed and were allocated an internal room - which clearly was not what we wanted. We were then given another room - directly next to screaming children. I asked to be changed and was told that I was going to the lounge floor - but that unlike the other guests, I could not use the lounge. I didn’t want to use the lounge but in light of the inconveniences, I found this to be cheap, petty and ugly (btw - I gladly ended up spending over $600 at the hotel restaurant). Finally, we were given room 361 - only to be next to a barking dog. The experience was terrible. Kelly the floor manager was rude and arrogant - non accommodative and aloof. I will be writing a terrible review about this hotel on multiple hotel sites - and I have never taken the time to do so.
