No Heat in February

Cons: Updating would be helpful
We arrived in Boston and drove to the hotel and arrived around midnight. The room was cool when we arrived, but it was late and we went right to bed. During the night, we awoke a couple times and had to pull the blanket and spread up as we were very chilly. Got up in the morning and tried to turn the heat up and nothing was working. Called the front desk and told them and no one showed up to fix it before we left later that morning. When we checked out we again told the front desk that there was no heat and she said "sorry".

Don't go here!!!

The guy working the front desk couldn't give us tips about Boston, the bed was super lumpy AND they said there was complimentary breakfast until 9:30. We went down at 8:30 in the morning and there was nothing there! This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!

horrible. reservation was messed up

Cons: front desk clerk was rude rude rude.
horrific. they messed up our room reservation and gave us a smoking room. the customer service at the front desk was non existent. the clerk was extremely rude and apparently there was no manager available to speak to. we ended up leaving and now i am fighting to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They ruined it with the linens!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast, dirty linens
I travel a lot and stay at many different types of motels/hotels. I wasn't looking for anything special just a clean place to stay with my son for 1 night on short notice. The appearance of the place was good and the clerk at the front desk was great. The room was equipped with a comfortable bed and a pull out couch as well a full kitchen. The problem was the linens, when we pulled the spare sheets out of the closet to put on the bed there was some type of material on one of the sheets that appeared to be human excrement. I sent my son down to the front desk to get replacement sheets and while he was out I inspected the linens on the bed. The blanket was full of a variety of human hairs stuck in the fibers. I called him and told he to pick up a blanket as well and when he returned I opened the bag and looked at the blanket and found numerous hairs in it as well. We decided at that point to just put all the questionable linens on the floor and looked closely at everything else before we went to sleep. I notified the staff and did there online survey advising them of the issues. The following day I received a response from someone via email that said they would look into the laundry practices immediately. At this point I would not recommend this place to anyone until they have made a dramatic change to the laundering practices or facilities.

Worst option in area - should be condemned and torn down

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet, Noisy, Poor breakfast, room stinks of smoke & mold
Internet access is expensive, slow, can't be billed to the room. The hotel used to be 1/2 smoking but is all non-smoking rooms now, unfortunately former smoking rooms weren't refurbished and reek of cigarette smoke enough to literally make your eyes water and give you a headache. The bedding and couch both had cigarette burns in them. There weren't less disgusting rooms to change to my whole week stay (really?!). "Amenities" are a joke: broken coffeemaker, iron, dishwasher, microwave. You get one coffee packet per week stay -- if you want more, they are $2 in the vending machine in the lobby. No shampoo or conditioner, one bar of soap. No cutting board or sharp knife or anything to actually do more complex cooking than a microwave dinner. Trash in room is emptied only once a week, but your bedding and towels aren't changed at all during a week's stay. Stains on the carpet, couch, mold in the bathroom. I was traveling on business and needed to iron clothes, the iron included in the room was broken. I requested a replacement from the front desk. After not getting one delivered for 30+ minutes I called the front again, no answer. Call again to the front desk multiple times until I get an answer and they tell me I need to get dressed to come down to the front desk to pick up the replacement iron. I do, bring that back and it too is unusable because the front of the iron has melted plastic covering 1/2 of it.... iron #3 after repeating the steps above did work. 3+ hrs to iron a shirt. Walls are thin, neighbors above and to side rooms can be easily heard walking around and talking. A/C units are loud. I don't write reviews much, but would never have stayed here if I saw comments like mine. Therefore, I'm putting this review out there for other people as a warning to stay away from this place.

HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING!

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE! I had the worst stay at this place (I've traveled a lot in my life and NEVER had this kinda experience)... Their was long black hair all over the bathroom and the bed (and I have blond), the room had a musty smell, their were bugs in the 'kitchen' area and the mattress kept falling off of the boxspring (I would have to wake up in the middle of the night to fix it cause I would be falling off of the bed). There was no-one at the front desk, usually... and when there was, they were rude and didn't care anything about customer service (I literally went into a nearby hotel to ask for directions cause the front desk staff was no where to be found). I was suppose to stay 7nights, I ended up checking out after the 2nd night and finding somewhere else to stay. HORRIBLE experience!! :(

Clean, room is just right for the 3 of us and staff is helpful.

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
This hotel is close to downtown Boston which we want to see, nice location. Im impressed that the batchroom actually is pretty clean which is one of the things I first look at whenever we stay in a hotel. The amount of money we paid is worth it all. All the utensils youwill need if you want to cook for a meal are there and the room is great. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Also they have a very pleasant staff and breakfast in the morning is helpful as well.

Terrible!

Horrible, horrible internet service. Bad smells in the rooms and in the hallways!! Rooms dark and gloomy even with lights on. Possible fleas in carpet. Wouldn't stay again even if it was free.

Nice Room / Lousy Internet Access

Room was very nice for the price, but the wireless broadband internet access was almost always unavailable, which is unacceptable for an extended stay hotel which caters to business travelers.
