I was happy with the location and cleanliness of the hotel but not the staff. Initially when I checked in I was told there would be a hold for incidentals. The total hold was $240 which I thought was high as I've never paid over $100. After the hold of $240 was placed on my card, 2 other charges were placed the following day...1 for $60 and the other for $180. I questioned the front desk and they explained it was a "hold for incidentals" even though I paid a whopping $240 when I checked in. This overdrew my account as I wasn't expecting a total of $420 charging to my debit card, 2 of which charges I never agreed to. This held up a major amount of my spending money for my entire stay and left me with overdraft fees. Staff would not assist with any credits (other than Bonvoy points) to help offset the overdrafts. Luckily my husband was able to Zelle
me funds and I had another card to use but that's not the point.
