My stay was refunded on the nights I stayed at this ESA. But I feel the need to share this review here because I felt unsafe at this location. The locks on all of the doors are not working properly. I am a woman traveling alone across the country and visiting places I am not familiar with. I can not stress enough how terribly unsafe I felt, when I was locked out of the building at night, repeatedly, and then locked out of my room. And the night staff wanted me to go back downstairs and keep going back and forth for new keys, when they were well aware it was the locks that are not working. My neighbor, who is a long term guest told me that this was a regular and ongoing issue. This is NOT safe for anyone traveling alone. Please fix this issue.

We never where able to get our room. They gave our reservation away!! After traveling 9 hours pulling a horse trail to be told we don’t have a room. We are very disappointed. I have never had this problem with you.

Whole third floor smelled like weed, roaches everywhere, tv, phone and microve dont wlrk properly. Was told that we bribg our dirty towels to front desk for new ones but brought them down and staff said they had no clean towels sorry. Lines all looked stained when we got to our room. You only get two pillows and they are terrible. People are extremely loud stomping,yelling. Shady people in and out. Staff seems to have a lot of issues with figuring out what rooms are available even though they are booked ahead of time.

Nothing at all when driving on this property people hanging out in the parking lot, I was never told that the front desk closes at 10:00pm so when I walked in the gate was closed so I knocked on the gate. Finally someone came and when I mentioned I needed to check in he huffed and said we close at 10:00pm and I’m having to reopen all this up again. So once I apologize cause I didn’t know but wanted to get to the room to put our bags down so we can go grab dinner and see family as we returned there were bugs and Roaches I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here

You get what you pay for.

Pros: Clean.
Cons: At the very least people need to be made aware that they have to bring everything they would if they were moving into an empty trailer.
Location: Ralph and Kocoo's restaurant was pricey but was worth it. They even made alligator taste good.
This hotel would be great for people who don't want amenities or even basics. Room was clean and the building was nice and new. I booked two double beds for three people and we were only allowed two towels and wash clothes. When I explained that I had booked for three people to the staff, she told me that they would not give us an extra set. I am glad there weren't four of us traveling! I had no idea that the nice dorm room set-up would have no maid service, Internet, toiletries, or anything without an extra fee. The beds were uncomfortable (dorm room) and no breakfast,no coffee was available unless you wanted to buy a coffee maker from them. Also there is not a main lobby for guests to congregate.When all was said and done after nine days, I would have been able to stay at another hotel with amenities for the same price. a trip to Walmart was necessary if you didn't bring cups, dishes or cooking items to use on the stove. We also had a heard of baby elephants running above our heads from one to two a.m..
