Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (upstairs) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and mountain view. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Great location
Perfect short vacation in the late fall. Our 14 year old loved the loft and we loved the gas fire and comfy furniture. We borrowed the sleeping pillows off the guest bed as the decorative pillows were uncomfortable. We missed the big sign saying how to turn on the hot water so we had to wait a bit for hot showers. All easy fixes. Overall very enjoyable and quiet.

Excellent getaway!
Tucked away in a private gated resort-community felt safe and sound, yet very close to all the activities. Our young kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool with sloped entrance. The 2bd, 2ba and loft were great and spacious. A little dated, but still very clean and well maintained, made it feel like a proper getaway in the mountains. Will come stay here again!
