Sitting right on the cusp of downtown and mere minutes from some of the best hiking trails at Military Reserve, you will have plenty of exciting choices for year-round fun. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by modern charm on the exterior and an updated interior that will spoil each guest in no time. Everyone will be able to spread out, as three spacious levels await offering three bedrooms, a children's play area, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a stunning deck with a hot tub that overlooks the vibrant Boise Downtown. The main level will be the hub for entertaining with an open living, dining, kitchen, and office. Be sure to end each day with a favorite drink in hand as the sun sets behind the city skyline.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
4WD/traction may be required in winter.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
