Good service and attention to clients.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: no good services at the restaurant
I emjoy the room and also the lobby with my family that came in to visit me. The Dining room were having not so efficient services as waiters seem not to set up proper/adecuate silver ware on the tables and that was consistent. Not good!

Old property, which needs upgrade.

Old property, which needs upgrade. Bad location. Internet connection was very poor and slow. Breakfast was not included. The price was too high for this property.

Worst Hotel in Bogota

The rooms are small. Staff have no idea what to do. And if you don't know Spanish you are doomed. Service and Food is awful. I'd rather stay in a motel than this hotel.
