I arrived around 5:30am. I get my room key and to my surprise I woke up another guest walking in on his room. I guess by now you can sense my dissatisfaction. The next day, I receive a call from management offering me a drink for my “inconvenience”. I hope they took better care of the gentleman I woke up. Next, upon checkout I was accused by the clerk that I cancelled my reservation and owed the whole reservation I kindly asked her to check again with her manager and voila! Like magic my reservation appeared out of thin air. I don’t know what’s going on over there but something needs to change, hopefully for the better.
