MOLD! Opened the drawer to the nightstand and there was mold on the Bible and in the drawer. We let the front desk know this and they just said “okay we’ll get that outta there.” Super concerning. Disgusting. They said the cleaning ladies just open the drawer and don’t touch that stuff, “people never touch that”. How do they know that??? They’re supposed to be cleaning everything between stays, how did they miss a moldy drawer?

Once we were made aware of this, the housekeeping staff was notified and the room was completely cleaned, including the Bible that was the issue. Handy location. But fridge in room didn't work, no shampoo in room, ice machine didn't work on our floor, no extra blankets in room, breakfast was absolutely dreadful, door access into the hotel from the pool was a problem for multiple guests. Front desk in the evening was outstanding; front desk in the morning made multiple excuses for all of the problems and offered no portion of our money back.

Best Hotel near our event

As of today I can't say anything bad about this place. Everything was nice about it. Clean, confortable, nice staff.
