Never received a confirmation from Travelocity nor the property owner. Property manager thought the booking went through Expedia and was surprised herself that Travelocity was involved. We never went to the property after not getting a confirmation but we’re charged $378 regardless. Don’t use these services or property

Dear Marcus,I'm sorry that Travelocity did not send you a confirmation. Travelocity is managed by Expedia, and Expedia should have sent you a confirmation. They are the entity that holds your funds as well until you stay with us. That is why my manager asked you to contact Travelocity/Expedia directly. Again, I'm sorry that you had a difficult experience. If we could have done something to make it better, we certainly would have.

The staff was very warm and friendly, and the breakfasts were excellent! Our stay was quiet and comfortable. We loved the location and the ease of parking as well as there being convenient travel routes throughout town or to KC. We would definitely stay here again!

It is very cozy, warm, inviting. It's location is awesome for the stadiums. Stayed in the "Spanish themed" room. AC is phenomenal. If you need an icebox to sleep in, here it is. The owner\manager is very nice, helpful, and knowledgable. Corresponded a couple of times prior to check-in, was very prompt and accomadating. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back and trying other rooms.
